Plein air painting moving water and moving kids today at Salmon Street Springs Fountain. This is what 90+ looks like in Portland. Very sunny and bright. The sun washes out all the color near the fountain. Kara Wilde also painting the fountain today.

Plein air painting in the rain in Portland at the Oregon Maritime Museum aboard the Steamer Portland. Kara Wilde, Paul Lockhart , John Lehman, and I painted under the awning on the deck of the steamer. Nice view but cold and wet. Welcome to plein air painting in Portland.
