Metropolitan Youth Symphony Music Stand Painting
I was asked by Kate Ludwig to paint a music stand to be sold at auction to support the Metropolitan Youth Symphony . I primed the stand with light sanding and gesso and took the stand to the International Rose Test Garden this morning. Here is a stop-motion video of my painting the stand. The video camera takes a frame every 10 seconds so I appear to paint a little faster than I actually do.
