  Portland weather has been cold and wet so far this year, but better paint-out weather is coming. So we are scheduling paint-outs with this optimism. Wednesday, April 12: Paint Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden, 5801 SE 28th Ave, from 1pm to 3:30pm. There is a $5 entry fee and limited parking. The Garden opens at 1pm on Wednesday. Tuesday, April 18: Paint the Cherry Trees at NE Tillamook and NE 16th from 1pm to 3:30pm.
