R/V Oceanus (Oregon State University Research Vessel ) is across Yaquina bay from Newport Oregon old town. I included the bay tour boat that showed up at the end of the video. I was standing on the dock outside the Saffron Salmon Restaurant. I did not start raining until the painting was done. This is a 7 second per frame stop-motion video.
