Here is Brooks with his award winning painting "Cinco de Mayo Portland" in the OSA 2011 Rose Festival Show. This was painted on the Portland waterfront on May 5, 2011. The ferris wheel and other rides are for the 2011 Cinco de Mayo celebration.
