Tillikum Lights Plein Ait Painting June 22, 2015






Final Test of the Tilikum Lights in Portland Oregon. Trimet has calliope light system that changes with the flow rate and height of the Willamette river that the Tilikum spans. This evening plein air painting by brooks used casein paint of an acrylic wash. I stopped painting the the lights came on. It is like watching an aurora.

Plein air painting in the rain in Portland at the Oregon Maritime Museum aboard the Steamer Portland.
