Plein Air Painting Tilikum Crossing in Portland Oregon January 13, 2015. This is what painting outside in Portland in January looks like. It was 50F and no wind or rain. Very nice weather. You can see the Trimet MAX trains, buses, and Trolleys as they cross the Willamette River Bridge in the background. Kara Wilde joined me. Here painting is oil and mine is Acrylic.
