Painting Balch creek in MacLeay Park Portland Oregon August 23, 2016

Plein air painting with Jacki Lukowski and John Lehman. Here is a video of my painting the bridge across Danford Balch creek. Danford was the first person legally hanged in Oregon territory on October 17,  1859 for shooting his son-in-law after he eloped with Balch's 16 year old daughter. Jacki is painting in the background of this video.
