Painting #4449 Freedom Train on October 20, 2016

Painting indoors on a really rainy day in Portland Oregon. Last Thursday, October 20. The Oregon Rail Heritage Center lets us paint indoors where it is 70F and dry on rainy Thursdays. Here is a painting of #4449 Freedom Train that went coast to coast in 1976 to celebrate the United States bicentennial. This train will pull the Christmas train starting the day after Thanksgiving. Maura Jess and John Lehman also painted #4449.
